1. Services & Eligibility

Testology services are intended solely for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • → You must be 13 years of age or older.
  • → You use the platform strictly for personal educational preparation.
  • → You are currently residing in India.

Testology की सेवाएं केवल उन व्यक्तियों के लिए हैं जो:

  • → 13 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के हैं।
  • → व्यक्तिगत exam preparation के लिए platform का उपयोग करते हैं।
  • → वर्तमान में भारत में स्थित हैं।

2. Wallet & Payment Terms 💰

💰 Wallet Recharge

  • → You can recharge your Testology Wallet with ₹10 or more.
  • → This balance is used for Expert Evaluation, Premium Tests, and future features.
  • → Balance is linked strictly to your account and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

💳 Direct Payment (Razorpay)

  • → Certain premium tests/evaluations can be purchased directly via Razorpay.
  • → Features are unlocked instantly in the app upon successful payment verification.
  • → All transactions are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant secure gateway.

🎁 Refer & Earn Soon

  • → Inviting friends grants promotional Wallet Credit to both the referrer and referee.
  • → This credit works like real money within the platform but cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

🌟 Premium Pass Soon

  • → Grants access to unlimited Prelims tests, Mains evaluations, and priority support.
  • → Billing subscriptions will be processed in accordance with Google Play Store billing guidelines.

2. Wallet और Payment की शर्तें 💰

💰 Wallet Recharge

  • → आप अपना Testology Wallet ₹10 या उससे अधिक का recharge कर सकते हैं।
  • → यह balance Expert Evaluation, Premium Tests, और future features के लिए उपयोग होता है।
  • → Balance आपके account से linked है — किसी और को transfer या refund नहीं किया जा सकता।

💳 Direct Payment (Razorpay)

  • → कुछ tests/evaluations को Razorpay के ज़रिए directly भी खरीदा जा सकता है।
  • → Payment successful होने पर feature तुरंत unlock होता है।
  • → Payment Razorpay के PCI-DSS compliant secure gateway से होती है।

🎁 Refer & Earn जल्द

  • → दोस्त को invite करने पर दोनों को Wallet Credit मिलेगा।
  • → यह credit real money की तरह उपयोग होगा, लेकिन इसे bank में withdraw नहीं किया जा सकता।

🌟 Premium Pass जल्द

  • → Unlimited Prelims tests, Mains evaluations, और priority support access मिलेगा।
  • → Monthly/Annual subscription — Play Store billing guidelines के अनुसार होगा।

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by the Testology team — including MCQs, solutions, feedback, logic, and design — is copyrighted by Testology. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited. Scraping, automated downloading, or bulk copying is strictly prohibited.

3. बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property)

Testology का सारा content — MCQs, feedback, logic, design — हमारा copyright है। Content का reproduction, distribution या commercial use सख्त मना है। Scraping, automation, या bulk download prohibited है।

4. Purpose of Use

Our platform is designed solely for personal educational guidance. Testology does not guarantee success or specific marks in any competitive examination.

4. उपयोग का उद्देश्य

हमारा platform केवल व्यक्तिगत शैक्षिक मार्गदर्शन के लिए है। Testology किसी भी परीक्षा में सफलता की कोई guarantee नहीं देता।

5. Account Termination

Testology reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice in case of policy violations. You can delete your own account at any time via Profile ➔ Delete Account in the mobile app.

नियमों के उल्लंघन पर Testology बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के account बंद कर सकता है। आप कभी भी Profile ➔ Delete Account से खुद अपना account delete कर सकते हैं।

6. Disclaimer & Changes

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we are not responsible for temporary technical outages. Prices, test details, and app features may change without prior notice.

Platform को 24/7 चालू रखने की पूरी कोशिश होती है, पर तकनीकी खराबी के लिए Testology ज़िम्मेदार नहीं। Prices और features बिना notice के बदल सकते हैं।
