Wallet Recharge (Razorpay)
You can recharge your Testology Wallet with ₹10 or more. This balance is used for Expert Evaluation, Premium Tests, and upcoming features.
🔄 Refund Rules:
- ✅ Recharge successful but balance not credited → Fixed and credited within 7 working days.
- ❌ Balance already utilized → Non-refundable (digital goods policy).
- 💛 Unused balance request → Considered on a case-by-case basis.
- 💡 Accidental excess recharge (e.g. ₹5000 instead of ₹500) → Unused excess amount (e.g. ₹4500) will be fully refunded to the original payment source. (Note: Contact us at support@testologygsq.in as this is not automatic). Your money is safe with us!
Wallet Recharge (Razorpay)
आप Testology Wallet में ₹10 या उससे अधिक का recharge कर सकते हैं। यह balance Expert Evaluation, Premium Tests, और future features के लिए उपयोग होता है।
🔄 Refund Rules:
- ✅ Recharge हुई लेकिन balance credit नहीं हुआ → 7 कार्य दिवसों में fix + refund
- ❌ Balance उपयोग हो चुका है → Refund नहीं होगा (digital goods)
- 💛 Unused balance की request → Case-by-case consider किया जाएगा
- 💡 गलती से अधिक रिचार्ज (जैसे ₹500 की जगह ₹5000) → अप्रयुक्त अतिरिक्त राशि (जैसे ₹4500) निश्चित रूप से वापस (refund) की जाएगी (नोट: यह प्रक्रिया स्वचालित नहीं है, इसके लिए हमें support@testologygsq.in पर संपर्क करें)। Your money will not be lost here!
Direct Payment (Razorpay Checkout)
No need for wallet recharge — you can purchase certain tests and evaluations directly via UPI/Card through Razorpay Checkout. Features are unlocked instantly.
🔄 Refund Rules:
- ✅ Double charge (duplicate payment) → Refunded within 7 working days after verification.
- ✅ Payment success but feature not unlocked → Priority fix or refund option.
- ❌ Once content is accessed → Non-refundable.
Direct Payment (Razorpay Checkout)
Wallet recharge की ज़रूरत नहीं — कुछ tests और evaluations को आप Razorpay के ज़रिए directly UPI/Card से खरीद सकते हैं। Payment successful होते ही feature unlock होता है।
🔄 Refund Rules:
- ✅ Double charge (duplicate payment) → Verified होने पर 7 दिनों में refund
- ✅ Payment success लेकिन feature unlock नहीं हुआ → Priority fix + refund option
- ❌ Content access हो जाने के बाद → Refund नहीं होगा

Unlimited Prelims tests, priority Mains evaluations, and Sarthi AI priority access — in a monthly or annual subscription. Designed for serious candidates who want daily practice.
🔄 Refund Terms (Planned):
- → Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the billing period.
- → Pro-rata refund provisions as per Google Play Store billing policies.
- → Cancellation during trial period → Full refund.
Premium Pass जल्द आ रहा है
Unlimited Prelims tests, priority Mains evaluations, और Sarthi AI priority access — एक monthly या annual subscription में। यह serious aspirants के लिए है जो daily practice को अपना lifestyle बनाना चाहते हैं।
🔄 Refund Terms (Planned):
- → Cancel करने पर remaining period तक access रहेगा
- → Pro-rata refund का प्रावधान (Google Play billing policies के अनुसार)
- → Trial period में cancel → Full refund
