1. What do we collect?

We only collect information that is essential for providing our exam preparation services:

• → Email Address: Used for secure account creation and user authentication.
• → Test Scores & Attempt History: Used to display personalized dashboard analytics and track your progress.
• → Payment Transaction IDs: Securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers.
• → Device Tokens: Used to send exam schedule and test release notifications (if reminders are enabled).
• → App Preferences: Used to remember configuration settings like theme preferences (e.g. Eye Care Mode) and selected exams.

Note: We never ask for sensitive credentials like Aadhaar, PAN card, bank account numbers, or your physical home address.

1. हम क्या collect करते हैं?

हम केवल वही data collect करते हैं जो आपकी बेहतर तैयारी के लिए ज़रूरी है:

• → Email address (account creation और secure login के लिए)
• → Test scores और attempt history (personalized feedback और analytics के लिए)
• → Payment transaction IDs (Razorpay द्वारा processed — हम card/UPI details नहीं रखते)
• → Device notification tokens (यदि आप reminders enable करते हैं)
• → App preferences (theme preference, language, selected exam)

नोट: हम कभी भी Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, या घर का पता जैसी संवेदनशील जानकारी नहीं माँगते।

2. Payment & Wallet Security 💰

When recharging your Wallet Balance or purchasing exam test series directly:

• → Payments are processed by Razorpay, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant.
• → Razorpay securely encrypts all credit card, debit card, and UPI details during transaction processing.
• → Testology only receives the final payment status (Success/Failure) and the recharge amount.
• → Your banking credentials or card details are never stored on Testology servers.
• → Wallet balances are stored using secure, encrypted configurations in our Firebase cloud database.

2. भुगतान और Wallet की जानकारी 💰

जब आप Wallet Recharge करते हैं या Direct Payment से test खरीदते हैं:

• → Payment Razorpay के secure gateway से होती है — जो fully PCI-DSS compliant है।
• → Razorpay आपके card, net banking या UPI details को secure रूप से encrypt करके process करता है।
• → Testology केवल यह जानता है: "Payment successful हुई" और "Recharge amount कितना था"।
• → आपके payment credentials (card details, passwords) कभी हमारे server पर store नहीं होते।
• → आपका Wallet Balance Firebase पर encrypted रूप में सुरक्षित स्टोर होता है।

4. Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your personal data:

• → Delete Account & Data: You can delete your account and erase all associated personal/progress data at any time. This can be requested directly in the mobile app via Profile ➔ Delete Account or by sending an email request.
• → Data Export: You can request an export copy of your test history by contacting us at support@testologygsq.in.
• → We guarantee a resolution to all privacy-related requests within 7 working days.

4. आपके अधिकार और नियंत्रण

अपनी प्रोफाइल और डेटा पर आपका पूरा नियंत्रण है:

• → खाता और डेटा हटाना (Account Deletion): आप किसी भी समय अपना खाता और उससे जुड़े सभी डेटा को स्थायी रूप से हटा सकते हैं। इसके लिए मोबाइल ऐप की सेटिंग्स में जाकर Profile ➔ Delete Account पर क्लिक करें, या हमें ईमेल करें।
• → डेटा निर्यात (Data Export): आप अपने टेस्ट इतिहास का डेटा कॉपी प्राप्त करने के लिए support@testologygsq.in पर ईमेल कर सकते हैं।
• → हम 7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर आपकी गोपनीयता संबंधी चिंताओं/अनुरोधों को हल करने की गारंटी देते हैं।

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for competitive exam candidates and are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

हमारी सेवाएं प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए हैं और 13 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों के लिए नहीं हैं। हम जानबूझकर बच्चों से व्यक्तिगत जानकारी एकत्र नहीं करते हैं।

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage only to remember your theme preferences (like Dark or Eye-Care Mode) and exam selections. We do not utilize any advertising trackers or profile-building cookies.
