Testology is an EdTech platform dealing exclusively in Digital Goods (Online Test Series, E-books, and Answer Evaluation Services). We do not sell or ship any physical products (like books, CDs, or hardware) to your address.

2. Delivery Mechanism

Upon successful payment, the services are delivered as follows:

• Test Series: Access is granted instantly (or within 5-10 minutes) on your Dashboard. You can log in and start attempting tests immediately.
• Mains Evaluation: You upload your answer copies digitally. Our team evaluates them and uploads the feedback PDF back to your Dashboard within 24-48 hours (subject to workload).

3. Shipping Charges

Since there is no physical movement of goods, there are ZERO shipping charges applicable on any purchase made on Testology.
